Welcome to the 365-Day Challenge!

The purpose of this challenge is to assist you in creating habits that you can implement into your daily routine on the path to becoming the best version of yourself!

It takes 66 days to create a habit.  If we take small, incremental steps on a daily basis to make changes in our lives, they can become habit, and we will begin doing them without thinking about it. 

How can we start RIGHT NOW?

We can do this by tapping into the three major dimensions of our well-being: the Mental, Physical, and Spiritual.   

Ask yourself the following questions:

What changes do I want to make in each of these areas of my life? (Be sure to make

Can I accomplished this on my own, or will I need help?

Once you answered these questions, you have the option of doing this challenge in two ways:

You can choose one thing that you want to improve upon mentally, physically, and spiritually on a daily basis.

OR

You can divide the year into 3 parts, select one area (mentally, spiritually, or physically) to focus on, and implement the improvement you want to make in that area for 4 consecutive months.
